Logistics that scales without adding headcount.

AI agents, automated document processing, and predictive models connected to the systems you already use. Your team stops keying in data and focuses on what moves the business.

The starting point

What slows operations down today

  1. Orders coming in from every direction

Quotes and orders arrive by WhatsApp, email, and phone, and someone retypes them into the system one at a time.

  2. The same question, all day long

Answering where a shipment is ties up the people who should be solving the real problems in the operation.

  3. Paperwork that holds up invoicing

Delivery notes, waybills, and proofs of delivery are entered and checked by hand. One mistyped field delays payment.

  4. Planning by looking backward

Fleet, warehouse, and staffing are sized on past years' experience, not on a forecast.

What we build

AI and software for logistics

Every solution connects to the systems you already use. You can start with one and add the rest on the same foundation.

  • AI agents

    Quoting and order intake

An agent takes the order on the customer's channel, understands text, voice messages, and photos, quotes from your rate card, and creates the order in the system.

  • AI agents

    Shipment tracking around the clock

It reports the actual status of every shipment by checking your systems, and flags delays on its own before anyone asks.

  • Intelligent document processing

Reading delivery notes, waybills, and invoices

It extracts the data from each document, validates it against the order, and reconciles carrier invoices before they are paid.

  • Data and analytics

    Demand and volume forecasting

Custom predictive models, trained on your own history, to size fleet, warehouse capacity, and shifts ahead of time.

  • Integrations and automation

    A connected operation

TMS, WMS, ERP, and spreadsheets connected to each other: every piece of data is entered once and everyone works from the same information.

  • Assistants and knowledge

    An assistant for your team

Rates, customer-specific terms, procedures, and regulations, answered instantly from your own company's information.

How it would work

One quote, from start to finish

A logistics provider receives quote requests every day by WhatsApp and email: photos of delivery notes, voice messages, and attached spreadsheets. Today someone reads them, looks up the rate, and replies when they can.

  1. The request arrives

The agent receives it on the channel the customer already uses, whether it is text, a voice message, or a photo of the delivery note.

  2. It understands the load

It identifies origin, destination, number of packages, weight, and type of goods. It asks only for what is missing.

  3. It quotes using your business rules

It checks the rate card and availability in the TMS or ERP, and applies the terms agreed with that customer.

  4. It closes the order

If the customer accepts, it creates the order in the system and confirms it in the same conversation.

  5. It hands off what it should not handle

Hazardous materials, destinations outside your coverage, or unusual requests go to someone on the sales team, with the conversation and the data already captured.

We have done this before

The technology is already in production

  • M.I.C.A · Integrando Salud

An agent in production that serves customers on WhatsApp, understands voice messages and images, reads payment receipts from any bank, and writes directly into the client's management system.

In logistics: the same technology that takes an order on WhatsApp, reads a delivery note, and creates the order in your system.

  • EMAS S.A.

A full implementation of an industrial ERP: more than 15 modules, including purchasing, inventory, production, sales, and finance.

In logistics: the foundation for inventory, orders, and invoicing to run on a single source of truth.

What AI is already changing

20–50%
lower demand forecasting error when AI is applied to the supply chain
up to 65%
fewer lost sales due to products being out of stock
25–40%
lower administrative costs
