Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Axlan SRL, a company incorporated in the Argentine Republic and domiciled in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The contact person for all matters related to this policy is Sebastián Valletta, at sebastian.valletta@axlan.ai.
2. What data we collect
On the website
- Contact form: name, company, email address, and whatever you tell us in your message.
- Subsequent communications: if we continue the conversation by email, video call, or messaging, the data you share in that exchange (for example, phone number, job title, or project details).
- Technical data from your visit: IP address, browser, device, and pages visited, generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and operational purposes.
In the services we provide to clients
- Business information: company name, Meta Business Manager identifiers, Facebook pages, and WhatsApp Business numbers.
- Technical data: access tokens, application identifiers, webhook configurations, and automation execution logs.
- Processed messages: the content of the conversations that the agents handle on the client's behalf, to the extent necessary to operate the service. In those cases, Axlan acts as the data processor and the client is the data controller with respect to its own users.
- Usage information: interaction metrics, delivery rates, and technical errors.
On the website form, we do not request sensitive data within the meaning of Article 2 of Law 25,326 (health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or sex life), nor card data or credentials. We ask that you not include them.
3. What we use the data for
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule the diagnostic meeting you requested.
- To prepare proposals, quotes, and the related documentation.
- To configure and operate the contracted automated workflows and agents on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, and the integrations with Meta's APIs and other systems.
- To provide technical support, monitor operation, and improve the service.
- To manage the commercial and contractual relationship, including invoicing.
- To maintain the security of the website and prevent abuse or automated submissions.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and with Meta's requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer data for advertising purposes, and submitting the form does not add you to any mass mailing list.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process data based on the consent you give by submitting it (Article 5 of Law 25,326), within the framework of the resulting pre-contractual or contractual relationship, and to comply with legal obligations. Providing the data is voluntary; without it, we cannot respond to you or provide the service.
5. With whom we share the data
- Meta Platforms Inc., to activate and operate the WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram APIs used by the contracted service.
- Infrastructure, hosting, and email providers, under confidentiality agreements.
- Commercial management and internal team organization tools.
- Our accounting firm and public agencies, when required by a legal obligation or by a request from a competent authority.
Some of these providers process data outside Argentina. In those cases, we seek to ensure that the countries involved provide an adequate level of protection or that contractual clauses are in place guaranteeing an equivalent level, in accordance with Article 12 of Law 25,326.
6. How long we retain the data
- Inquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months from the last contact.
- Clients: for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the applicable legal, tax, and accounting limitation periods.
- Technical logs: for short periods, for security and diagnostic purposes.
Once those periods have elapsed, we delete the data or irreversibly anonymize it.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add audience measurement tools, we will update this policy and request the corresponding consent before enabling them.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, restricted access to tokens and credentials, separation of each client's workflows, strong authentication in internal tools, and periodic review of permissions. If we detect an incident affecting personal data, we will give notice in accordance with applicable regulations.
9. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, and deletion, withdraw your consent, and request information about how we process your data by writing to sebastian.valletta@axlan.ai. We respond to access requests within 10 calendar days and to rectification or deletion requests within 5 business days. To delete data related to the messaging services, follow the user data deletion procedure.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest to that effect is demonstrated, as set forth in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), in its capacity as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the regulations in force on personal data protection.
10. Minors
The website and the services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 18 years of age; if we detect that we have received such data without the corresponding authorization, we delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the way we process data or the applicable regulations change. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date shown above. If the change is substantial and we are already in contact with you, we will notify you by email.
