AI consulting that ends in production, not in a slide deck.

We help you decide where AI will grow your company and where it is not worth it. And because we also build it, every recommendation is designed to work, not to sit in a presentation.

What it is

What are AI consulting services?

AI consulting helps a company decide which problems are worth solving with AI, in what order, and with what risks. It looks at the processes, the data, and the systems already in place, and turns them into concrete projects prioritized by impact and effort.

What it should not do is stop at the recommendation. The value of AI shows up when a real process works differently, and that takes building, integrating, and operating. That is why our consulting is done by the same team that then builds: what we recommend, we know how to take to production.

How we decide

How we decide what is worth solving with AI

Not every process deserves AI, and some do not even deserve automation. These are the six criteria we prioritize with.

The questionSign that it is worth it
VolumeHow many times a week does it happen?Dozens or hundreds of times, always similar.
Cost of errorWhat happens if it goes wrong?A mistake costs money, a customer, or a compliance problem.
JudgmentDoes something need to be interpreted?Someone has to read a message, a document, or a photo, not just move data.
DataDoes the information exist? It lives in systems, messages, or documents, even if messy.
StabilityDo the rules change often? The rules can be written down and rarely change.
ImpactDoes it move something that matters? It frees up key people or unblocks sales, collections, or service.

How to engage

Four ways to work with us

Each engagement fits a different moment. You can start with the assessment and add the rest when you need it.

  • Free assessment

A thirty-minute conversation about one concrete process. We tell you whether it is worth automating, how we would do it, and which systems it touches.

  • Project

We build a solution and take it to production: an agent, an integration, a dashboard, a custom system. With the scope defined in writing.

  • AI leadership

A monthly engagement with the leadership team: AI strategy, priorities, and governance, with someone who also builds.

  • Evolution and support

Continuous improvement and support for what is already in production: adjustments, new features, and incident response.

The first step

What you get from the free assessment

Thirty minutes on a video call, free and with no commitment. You walk us through a process and leave with concrete answers.

  • Whether it is worth automating. Using the criteria above, with the reason if the answer is no.

  • How we would do it. Which kind of solution fits: an agent, an integration, a dashboard, or custom software.

  • Which systems it touches. What needs integrating and whether anything could be a blocker.

  • What we would need from your team. Who knows the process and which access would be required.

What we build

AI solutions we build and run

Consulting lands in one of these capabilities. Each has its own page with the details.

  • AI agents

Serve customers, sell, or run processes end to end, on WhatsApp, voice, or email.

    AI agents
  • Document processing

Invoices, receipts, and contracts that are read, validated, and posted on their own.

    Documents
  • Automation and integrations

Systems that do not talk to each other and workflows that depend on people copying data.

    Automation
  • Data and analytics

Dashboards to decide with and custom predictive models: demand, churn, risk.

    Data and analytics
  • Custom software

Platforms, apps, and management systems built around how your company operates.

    Custom software

Already in production

AI and software already in production

  • M.I.C.A · Integrando Salud

    Healthcare

An AI agent that serves patients on WhatsApp 24/7, manages appointments, verifies payment receipts, and writes directly into each center's management system.

  • EMAS S.A.

    Manufacturing

A full ERP implementation with more than 15 modules, local tax setup, e-invoicing, and statutory books: the single source of truth AI can be built on.

  • Colegio ECEBA

    Education

A school management platform that brings together leadership and teachers, students, and families, on the web and in iOS and Android apps.

AI governance

AI governance consulting, made concrete

AI governance is not a statement of principles: it is concrete decisions about what AI does, what it does not, and who answers when something goes wrong. It is part of every project and the core of the AI leadership engagement.

  • What AI decides, and what it does not. Every solution has in writing which cases are out of scope and who they go to.

  • Human oversight. Sensitive decisions go through a person, and that rule is designed before building.

  • Data and privacy. Which information each solution uses, where it lives, and who can see it.

  • Vendors. Which models and third-party services are used, under which terms, and how to replace them.

  • Traceability. Every action the AI takes is logged and can be audited.

Small and mid-sized businesses

AI consulting for small and mid-sized businesses

You do not need a data team or a two-year transformation plan to use AI. For a small or mid-sized business, what works best is starting with one concrete process that eats hours today, taking it to production, and measuring what changed.

That first project leaves more than a solved process: it leaves systems connected, data a little more organized, and a team that knows how to work with AI. On that foundation, the second project moves faster than the first.

How to choose

How to choose an AI consulting firm

Five questions to ask any firm, including us.

  1. What do you have in production? Not a demo or a pilot: something someone uses every day.

  2. Do you build what you recommend? If the firm does not build, ask who will, and how the knowledge gets handed over.

  3. Will you tell me what not to do? A firm that recommends AI for everything is selling projects, not judgment.

  4. Who maintains it afterward? AI in production needs adjustments. It has to be clear who makes them.

  5. What happens to our data? Where it lives, who sees it, and which AI providers process it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does an AI consultant do?

They analyze a company's processes, data, and systems to decide which problems are worth solving with AI, in what order, and with what risks. In our case, the same team also builds and takes to production what it recommends.

Where should a company that has never used AI start?

With one concrete process that eats hours today and repeats: answering inquiries, entering receipts, taking orders. Take it to production, measure it, and decide the next step on that basis.

What do I get after the assessment?

A clear answer about the process you walked us through: whether it is worth automating, how we would do it, which systems it touches, and what we would need from your team. If it is not worth it, we tell you that too.

Is AI consulting useful for small businesses?

Yes, and it often pays off more than in a large enterprise, because decisions are faster and one solved process shows across the whole operation. You do not need a data team.

What is AI governance consulting?

It is defining, in concrete terms, what AI is allowed to decide in your company, where a person must stay in the loop, how data is handled, which vendors are used, and how every AI action is logged and audited.

What happens after the consulting phase?

If you decide to move forward, the same team builds the solution and takes it to production. After that, through Evolution and support, we maintain it and help it grow.

Do we need our data to be clean before we start?

No. Most companies have information spread across systems, spreadsheets, and messages. Organizing what the first project needs is part of the work.

What if the assessment says AI is not worth it?

We tell you, with the reason. Sometimes tightening a process or configuring a system you already have is enough. An AI project that should not exist is the most expensive way to lose time.

Do you work with companies in the United States?

Yes. We are based in Buenos Aires and work with companies in Argentina, the rest of Latin America, Spain, and the United States, with working hours that overlap with US time zones.

Want to know where AI could grow your company?

Tell us about one process, and we will tell you whether it is worth solving with AI, how, and with what. If it is not, we will tell you that too.
