Custom software development for companies that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools.

We design and build management systems, platforms, and applications around how your company actually operates, connected to what you already use, with AI where it genuinely saves work.

What it is

What is custom software development?

Custom software development is designing and building a system for one specific company, based on its processes, its rules, and the systems it already runs. Unlike off-the-shelf software, it does not force the company to adapt to it: it is built around how the company works, and the company owns the code.

What gets built can be an internal management system, a customer platform, a mobile app, or the layer that connects systems that do not talk to each other today. In every case the goal is the same: software that does the work currently handled with spreadsheets, email, and people copying data from one screen to another.

Build or buy

Custom software, SaaS, or ERP: when each makes sense

Before building, rule things out. If an off-the-shelf product covers 80% of what you need, building from scratch is usually the wrong call. This is the rule we apply in the assessment.

Often the right answer is a combination: an off-the-shelf ERP as the foundation and custom development at the edges, where your operation differs from everyone else's.

What we build

What we build

Every project starts from the process to solve, not from the technology. These are the kinds of software we build most often.

  • Management systems and internal platforms

Tools to run day-to-day operations: orders, scheduling, records, production, or customer follow-up, with your company's permissions and rules.

  • Web and mobile applications

iOS and Android apps and web platforms for customers, students, patients, or field teams, with a single database behind them.

  • Customer and vendor portals

Self-service orders, account statements, documents, and inquiries, so your team stops answering the same email.

  • Integrations and APIs

The layer that connects the ERP, CRM, e-commerce, WhatsApp, and in-house systems, so every record is entered only once.

    Integrations
  • AI inside the software

Agents that serve customers and complete tasks, automated reading of invoices and receipts, and assistants that answer with your company's information. Only where it replaces manual work.

    AI agents
  • Legacy system modernization

When the current system works but no longer scales, cannot integrate with anything, or depends on the one person who understands it, we rebuild it in stages without stopping operations.

Already in production

Custom software already in production

  • Colegio ECEBA

    Education

A school management platform that brings the school's three audiences into one system: leadership and teachers, students, and families. It runs on the web and in iOS and Android apps.

  • M.I.C.A · Integrando Salud

    Healthcare

An AI agent that serves patients on WhatsApp 24/7, understands text, voice notes, and images, manages appointments, and verifies payment receipts. It does not work alongside the clinic's system: it writes directly into it.

  • EMAS S.A.

    Manufacturing

A full ERP implementation with more than 15 modules, including purchasing, inventory, production, sales, and administration, with local tax setup, e-invoicing, and statutory books.

How we work

Our custom software development process, in five phases

The software development life cycle is usually described in seven stages: planning, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. We group them into five phases, each with a concrete deliverable and a decision on your side before moving on.

  1. Assessment

Free. We understand the process, its exceptions, and the systems it touches, and tell you whether to build, configure something existing, or do nothing.

    Planning

  2. Architecture

We define what gets built, how it integrates, where it runs, and what is out of scope. You get it in writing before any code is written.

    Requirements and design

  3. Validation

We build a first useful version on a real case and your team tests it. What does not work gets fixed here, while it is still cheap to change.

    Development and testing

  4. Deployment

We take the system to production with monitoring, permissions, and training for the people who will use it.

    Deployment

  5. Evolution and scale

We measure how it is used, fix what needs fixing, and add features on the same foundation.

    Maintenance

Ownership and continuity

You own the code, and you are never locked in

The question almost nobody asks before signing, and the most expensive one to answer later: what happens if the relationship with the vendor ends. On our projects:

  • The code is yours. The repository is in your company's name from day one.

  • So is the infrastructure. The system runs in a Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure account your company owns, not ours.

  • Everything is documented. The architecture, how it is deployed, and how it is operated, so another team can pick it up.

  • No hidden dependencies. If we use a third-party service, you know which one, what it is for, and what it costs.

After launch

Software maintenance and evolution

A system that is delivered and not maintained starts aging the next day: business rules change, library versions change, and so do the systems it integrates with. That is why we offer Evolution and support as a separate service, with three parts.

  • Support. Bug fixes and incident response in production.

  • Maintenance. Security and dependency updates, and integration updates when an external system changes.

  • Evolution. New features prioritized with you, on the same foundation.

For technical reviewers

For your technical team: how we build it

If you are the one who has to review the proposal, this is what you will find.

  • Documented architecture before we start, with the decisions and their alternatives.

  • Your choice of cloud: Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure, with infrastructure as code, least-privilege access, and predictable costs.

  • API integrations when the system has one, and documented alternatives when it does not.

  • Automated testing and continuous delivery, so every change reaches production reviewed.

  • Monitoring and logs of what happens in production, including what every AI component does.

  • AI-assisted development: we use agents that write, test, and document code under review by senior engineers. It is what lets us deliver faster and with fewer hours than a traditional build.

How to choose

How to choose a custom software development company

Five questions to ask any vendor, including us.

  1. What do you have in production today? Not a demo: a system someone uses every day.

  2. Will you tell me when not to build? A vendor that always recommends building from scratch is selling hours.

  3. Who owns the code and the infrastructure? The answer has to be “you,” in writing.

  4. Who writes the code? If the team that sells is not the team that builds, ask who does.

  5. What happens after launch? Support, maintenance, and evolution should be defined before you sign.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a custom software development company?

A company that designs and builds software for a specific client, based on its processes and systems, instead of selling a ready-made product. The client owns what gets built.

When should you not build custom software?

When an off-the-shelf product covers most of what you need, when the process is standard, or when the real problem is that the process itself is not defined yet. In those cases, configure what exists and build only the missing piece.

What are the stages of the software development life cycle?

Planning, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. We organize them into five phases with a deliverable and a client decision in each: assessment, architecture, validation, deployment, and evolution.

How can I develop my own custom software?

You have three paths: no-code tools for simple internal apps, hiring an in-house team if software is core to your business, or working with a development partner that builds it and hands it over. What matters in all three is defining the process before writing code.

Who owns the source code?

You do. The repository and the infrastructure are in your company's name, with the documentation another team would need to continue the work.

Can it integrate with the systems we already use?

Yes. We integrate with ERPs (Odoo, SAP, and others), CRMs, e-commerce, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and in-house systems. If a system cannot be integrated, you will know in the architecture phase, before we build.

What happens after the software is delivered?

The system is in production, documented, and monitored. If you want us to stay on, we do it through Evolution and support: bug fixes, maintenance, and new features.

Do you work with companies in the United States?

Yes. We are based in Buenos Aires and work with companies in Argentina, the rest of Latin America, Spain, and the United States, with working hours that overlap with US time zones.

Do you have a process no system handles well?

Tell us what it is, and we will tell you whether it makes sense to build it, configure something existing, or leave it as it is.
