How it would work
A fee payment and a booking, in the same conversation
A club receives membership fee receipts and court requests on WhatsApp every day. Today, the front office checks each transfer against the bank statement, records it in the system, and then looks for an open slot.
The receipt comes in
The member sends a screenshot of the transfer through the usual WhatsApp number, along with a voice message asking for a court on Saturday.
It validates the payment
The agent reads the receipt, identifies the member, checks the amount, date, and recipient account, and matches it against the outstanding membership fee.
It records the fee
